listen to the presentation via a conference call with the ability to
ask questions and provide feedback.

Internet connection will need to access the program via the
teleconference option.

CONFIRMATION OF
REGISTRATION
Confirmation notices are e-mailed or mailed to paid registrants
for each course unless registrations are received too late for
normal processing.
CERTIFICATE OF
ATTENDANCE
To receive verification of attendance necessary for Internet-Based
Group CPE credit, attendees must sign in no later than the scheduled
start time. Participants are expected to actively participate
throughout the program. The instructor will periodically ask for
participation in the form of questions, simulations, polling and
other interactive exercises. Participants are expected and required
to complete these tasks in order to receive CPE for attending and
participating in the event. At the end of the course, participants
who meet these requirements will receive a Certificate of
Attendance.
RECORD RETENTION
LearnLive Technologies collects all student data associated with
user profile, enrollment and completion. User's individual course
completion data and activity results, final examination, and
end-of-course surveys and evaluations shall be retained in a secured
database for a period of no less than five years from the completion
date.
