No refunds will be given for program registration unless CCFL cancels or reschedules the program. If the CCFL cancels or reschedules a program, you will be notified 5 to 10 working days prior to the scheduled date by phone and/or followed by written confirmation. You may transfer to another program if you notify CCFL - by telephone and followed in writing - at least 7 days prior to the program date. You may substitute another person for your registration until the morning of the program. Notification of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the program date will result in the forfeiture of the registration fees.
