  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • CPA required

  • Masters in Taxation preferred

  • Minimum of five years of tax experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage a diverse set of projects and ensure all are completed on a timely basis

  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our Global Finance Department. This position will:
  • Coordinate the review of federal, state and international tax returns

  • Respond to information requests and draft responses to audit inquiries as required

  • Research technical tax issues

  • Interact with the business unit controllers and outside accounting firms to respond to technical questions

  • Perform tax planning for the business unit and assistance with special projects
